Food Management

Job Description

Responsible for preparing, arranging, garnishing and serving quality food in a timely manner to patients, staff and visitors of the Medical Center. Responsible for the preparation, assembly and delivery of food requests within the facility. Performs various sanitation duties including maintaining refrigeration temperature logs and dish room duties as assigned.

General Qualifications

High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred. Minimum one-year of food service preferred, such as hotel/restaurant experience. Ability to read and understand written and oral communication is required. The ability to perform responsibilities in a self-directed environment and excellent customer service skills are essential.
