Job: Collections

We currently have excellent full time Collections opportunities in the Milwaukee/West Allis area.
Qualified candidates will have at minimum 2-5 years of experience in collections or equivalent field. The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking industry and/or mortgage and real estate industry. Must have knowledge and experience with computer systems including using multiple screens and able to talk and type at the same time also experience with skip tracing a plus. Ability to multitask and handle constant call volume while maintaining expected level of customer service to each caller. You must be very detailed and we are looking for Bilingual (English and Spanish) a huge plus as well- must only be able to speak Spanish fluently does not need to write. This position also required some sales knowledge as well. 40 hours per week with overtime when needed. The hours are Monday and Tuesday from 12:00pm-9:00pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm and working two Saturdays per month from 8am-12:00pm. If you work a Saturday you will have some time off during the week. You must be available to work all of the above hours and/or addition hours when needed. Pay Rate is between $10.00-$10.25 per hour plus very competitive commission opportunities per month.
