Jobing Description
MillerCoors LLC is seeking to fill the position of Manager, Sustainability and Supplier Performance at its Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.
Will lead procurement sustainability efforts, including program design, analysis, reporting and compliance.
Be responsible for SAM system reporting. Work closely with the procurement organization to develop a list of "environmentally sustainable" and "socially responsible" suppliers for consideration in future sourcing projects.
Monitor supplier sustainability audit process and lead development, implementation and governance of MillerCoors Supplier Performance management program, including development of score carding methodology and supplier awards.
Engage in comprehensive, real-time sourcing and supply chain intelligence gathering, validation, cleansing and analysis/synthesis profiling through exhaustive data collection efforts (including site visits and third-party data mining), comprehensive data management and warehousing and supplier/resource profiling.
Apply business decision support tools, modeling and forecasting to supply chain and sourcing data gathered in order to first perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of both existing and potential supplier performance metrics, capabilities, cost/prices and trends and then, based on analysis results, recommend to management optimum sort and long-term supply chain and sourcing channel strategies and implementation plans, identify supply chain and sourcing development opportunities and alternatives, develop improved cost/benefit strategies and process improvement initiatives, develop service and supply quality standards and metrics, facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, and create detailed data information flows to support and leverage MillerCoors' regional supply chain and sourcing goals and objectives.
Perform economic and risk analysis when/where necessary to determine cost of ownership for potential acquisition of supply chain and commodity resources.
Create, develop and track key quantitative measures, metrics and performance benchmarks to evaluate, audit and validate existing supplier compliance with partnering agreement terms as well as with MillerCoors supplier economic, environmental and social responsibility and sustainment standards, expectations and needs.
Partner with the Corporate Responsibility to ensure alignment of goals and measures.
Skills / Requirements
Master's in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Quantitative Analysis, or Economics.
Five years experience in commodity procurement/sourcing and supply chain/logistics management in beer brewing industry.
