Job Description

Imagine yourself... * Completing the initial assessment of assigned patients being admitted to the ICU unit.
* Developing an individualized plan of care to meet the needs of each patient.
* Acting as a patient advocate to implement interventions when needed.
* Assessing patient and family education needs and providing the necessary teaching.
* Collaborating with other staff on the patient health care team to develop a discharge plan that ensures the best outcome for the patient.

Aurora eICU Care connects off-site critical care specialists to intensive care patients in the hospital. The technology, which uses high-quality cameras and audio equipment, saves lives and reduces length of hospital stays. General Qualifications

* Current RN licensure by the State of Wisconsin

* CPR certified

* ACLS certified


Desired Qualifications

* Prefer one year acute care experience.
