Job: Skilled Kitchen Positions-Bay View Commissary

The Bay View Commissary is a fast-paced production kitchen that makes delicacies for our 3 prepared foods departments. These are part-time positions (@30 hours per week) with set morning schedules-6am-12 noon. These positions require previous production kitchen experience, knife skills, culinary interest and knowledge, and the ability to produce quality products at a fast-pace. We offer a full union benefits package(including health insurance and paid vacation) after 1 year of part-time work.

PT Garde-Manger (Sandwich station)
PT Production Prep Clerk

Previous kitchen experience-knife skills, culinary knowledge
Love of organics/natural foods
Ability to function in a fast-paced, team kitchen
