Job: Seasonal Customer Support Representative - Card Services Email Correspondence

Provides professional and quality service to internal and external customers utilizing strong communication skills and effective issue resolution techniques. Provides assistance in a helpful, accurate, and timely manner across all customer support functions.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Process misc. customer correspondence, customer address changes, Kohl's charge account updates, customer emails and other duties assigned by the department Supervisor/Team Leader
• Process work across all Customer Support functions (Queue's, customer correspondence, etc) working within the established turn around times to deliver outstanding levels of customer service to our internal and external customers with performance results that fall within department guidelines
• Process work across all Customer Support functions (Queue's, customer correspondence, etc) in a quality manner with performance results that fall within department guidelines
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding store, kohls.com and Kohls charge experiences
• Ability to work the established set schedule which will include weekend shifts as well as flexibility to work additional shifts as business needs demand

• Strong written communication skills; ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Working knowledge and previous experience operating a PC, Microsoft Office systems, data entry
• Interact well with others in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Regular attendance is key to performing the job
• Weekend availability required
• Work hours in the Credit Department are subject to change
