Job: Assessment & Referral Specialist (.4 Nights) - Waukesha Memorial Hospital

Job Shift: Nights - 3rd Shift
Hours Per Week: 16
Detailed Work Schedule: Part-time working 16 hours/week on Night Shift from 11pm-7:30am with a weekend and holiday rotation.

DUTIES:
To provide coordinated assessment and referral services for patients, families and referral sources requesting behavioral health services.

REQUIREMENTS:
Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Related Behavioral Sciences or Psychiatric RN. Demonstrated experience in the field of mental health and chemical dependency treatment. State licensure/certification preferred. Displays a positive attitude about themselves, work and staff. Possesses excellent communication skills. Meets all necessary competencies within 6 months of hire.

Must have Substance Abuse Counselor Certification (SAC) or Substance Abuse Counselor Certification In-Training (SAC-IT) or obtain within 30 days of employment.
