Senior Software Developer
A rapidly growing technology and services firm seek a qualified candidate to join their team.Looking for a broad level of experience in .NET and SQL Server environments to help develop new products and redesign existing products.

Job Description
· Gathers and organizes complex requirements from general users and various levels of management into programming requirements.
· Analyzes complex systems and determines the requirements for new or revised data processing applications
· Integrates purchased applications with other applications including in house built applications
· Assists with technical issues; such as, estimating times to completion, problem solving techniques, and best utilization of equipment and resources.
· Develops specifications that satisfy user requirements and support the business strategy as follows:
Detail programming specifications System and program level documentation Conversion planning and implementation · Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments impacting computer programming and systems design
· Analyze and designs new computer systems and changes to existing systems effectively
· Introduce appropriate new technology solutions into the business development process
· Guide systems development and implementation activities, sometimes acting as a project manager.
· Maintain an on-going list of active projects and provide periodic updates (monthly or as directed) of project status.

Desired Profile
The candidate must be able to work under tight deadlines, and work well independently as well as in a team environment.
Candidate must have strong project management and communication skills with at least 1 year in lead software developer role.
Three Five (5) years experience in a development programming position, with two (2) of those years developing web applications on the Microsoft platform as a Senior Developer
Knowledge and experience with OCR, ICR, OMR document capture technologies a plus.

Strong experience in the following
Development experience in C#, .NET and SQL Server environments
Software development process - user requirements, functional specifications, design specifications, testing and deployment
Strong communication skills with business and technical team members

Professional Qualifications:
BS Graduates in Computer Science or related degree and relevant experience.
