Job Description: Summary of Responsibilities
Under minimal direction of the Manager or other senior associates, carry out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Create and execute software tests to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Document and work to resolve all problems. Report progress on problem resolution to management. Perform and lead test efforts including organizing, assigning and monitoring testing deliverables for projects or maintenance releases. Recommend and implement improvements to current procedures. Perform work flow analysis and recommend quality improvement.

Preferred Experience and Skills

Develop and maintain required testing deliverables

Have a solid knowledge base of automated testing tools

Write and maintain automated scripts and libraries to be used as test vehicles to validate software enhancements

Perform reviews of the automated scripts and libraries

Perform highly structured and automated testing tasks on alpha and beta versions of software

Promoting the concept of standardized procedures and deliverables during the software development and support cycles

Participate in achieving team results by collaborating information, ideas and goals

Be an active member of our Business Continuity team and participate in exercises throughout the year

Excellent problem management, documentation and planning skills

Preferred Education and Training

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science

4-5 years experience in related field

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Organizational skills
