Job: 3rd shift Sanitation Supervisor

QPS Companies is currently looking for a Sanitation Supervisor in the Milwaukee Area.

Title : Sanitation Supervisor
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Hours : 3rd shift
Pay Rate : Depending on Experience

REQUIREMENTS:

The ability to author the Sanitation Manual to include the MCS program, SSOP, MSDS and Employee Training.
Maintain a running log of revisions made.
Maintain/Monitor/Validate all Pest Control Activities (working in conjunction with the contract service).
Develop and Implement a Drain cleaning Schedule.
Effective Management of scheduling - maximizing staffing efforts/minimizing overtime while thinking "outside the box".
Develop/Mentor Sanitation Staff through hands on application (if necessary) and training.
Maintain Communication with 3rd Party auditors in regard to Sanitation and Pest Control.
Develop a Chemical Control Program to include titrations, inventory control and best practices (working in conjunction with the Chemical Supplier).
