Job: Custodian DT 11-6-09

-General cleaning and care of the facility including all offices, studios, workout areas and locker rooms. Includes dusting, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, etc.
-Assist with routine general maintenance such as basic painting, changing light bulbs, etc.
-Replenish supplies on a daily basis.
-Use daily, weekly and monthly check-off lists to maintain facility appearance.
-Continuously work to achieve satisfactory scoring on facility inspection reports.

-Custodians must have the ability to work with little or no supervision.
-Must have basic mechanical aptitude.
-Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, routinely climb stairs and ladders,
-Custodians must be able to bend and reach to any area of the facility requiring cleaning.
-Must be able to use standard cleaning equipment including cleaning solutions and chemicals.
-Supplied references will demonstrate dependability and reliability.
