Job: Medical Assistant - Urgent Care (Oak Creek)

LMC has a part-time opening at the Oak Creek-Urgent Care campus for an experienced medical assistant. Duties for this position include: assisting physicians as needed, precertifying procedures, assisting patients, taking vitals, phlebotomy (if required for the specific practice), creating patient charts, phone triage and clerical duties as required. Walk-in Urgent Care experience is a plus! Hours for this position are M-F from 5:00pm - 9:00pm; Saturday/Sundays/Holidays 10:00am to 4:00pm (These are rotating hours and do not require working every night or every weekend).

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK HOURS AS ASSIGNED TO BE CONSIDERED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (with current licensure) or medical assisting program -OR- qualifying experience required.
