Job: Collections Account Specialist (Bilingual)

Lakeshore Medical Clinic currently has an opening for a Collections Account Specialist at it's Central Billing Office located in South Milwaukee. Candidates must have experience working in a customer service AND collections environment (preferably in insurance, finance/banking or healthcare). Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to meet target goals and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, terrific phone demeanor, a positive and pleasant attitude and high energy are necessary components of this position.

The hours on this position are 8am-4:30pm 3 days a week and 10:30am - 7:00pm 2 days a week.
