Job: Pharmacy Technician- Retail

The technician will assist the pharmacist in all operational activities of the pharmacy in order to optimize customer satisfaction and maximize profitability of the pharmacy.

Pharmacy TechnicianHigh school plus specialized training, technician certificate from an accredited technical school preferred. Three months-one year experience required. Knowledge of medical terminology and mathematics, science, and mechanical aptitudes desirable. Must be able to type 20-40 WPM. Must be able to operate all equipment that is essential to performing the job. Good coordination and manual dexterity is required with a functional use of senses. Must be able to prioritize work for completion with interruptionsMust be able to work on Saturdays and/or evenings. Also may be required to float to another retail location.
