Jobing Description
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Director of Maintenance and is responsible for successfully leading, directing, and supervising all work assigned within the Maintenance Department. This includes management of Computerized Maintenance Management system, (CMMS), Building Automation System (BAS), chiller and boiler plants, maintenance projects, assistance on capital projects, materials, emergency repairs, and duties associated with hazard surveillance and plant equipment operations. Works collaboratively with all Department leaders in all matters relating to facility integration and operations. Responsible for implementing and constantly improving systems and processes that will deliver the highest possible customer satisfaction while accomplishing or exceeding financial and operational goals for All Saints Healthcare

Skills / Requirements
*High School graduate with an Associates degree in a related field is preferred.*Must possess or have the ability to obtain a City of Racine Stationary Engineers License within one year of hire date (requires ASOPE License). *Two years previous healthcare supervisory experience REQUIRED. *Five or more years experience installing, operating, troubleshooting and repairing systems associated with at least two of the following trades: A. Electrical distribution and controls. B. Plumbing and piping for steam, water, sewage, air and medical gases. C. Heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R). D. Carpentry, rough & finish and millwork.E. Plant Operations, high pressure boiler & chiller operations. F. Must possess a valid State of Wisconsin Drivers License. Must have a practical working knowledge of TJC and DHS standards, applicable local, state and federal codes pertaining to healthcare maintenance operations. Demonstrated ability to lead by example and encourage respect of co-workers and managers of other departments by exhibiting: attributes indicating role model behavior, values of Respect, Integrity, Development, Excellence and Stewardship and a willingness to take responsibility.
