Job: Clinical Applications Educator, Electronic Health Record

Our progressive, technology-driven system is currently implementing an Electronic Health Record across our enterprise. As a result, we have exciting new opportunities available for experienced professionals to support our team by training our clinical staff on this new tool! We currently have two full-time positions available for Clinical Applications Educators who will travel throughout the Ministry Health Care sites to train employees as the EHR "goes live."


In this role, you will train and provide end-user on our newly implemented Electronic Health Record, Cattails MD. You will perform assessments regarding computer-related learning needs and competencies, design educational content for group and individual training, and work collaboratively to ensure efficient utilization of clinical software systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of Technical and Clinical experience. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred. MUST HAVE at least 5 years experience in computer software training.


The best candidate for this role is someone who is professional, adaptable, and able to communicate technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences alike. There will be extensive travel required for this individual, with primary base shifting throughout Central and Northern Wisconsin as the rollout of this application takes place.
