Director of Ticket Operations

Job Description
This position reports to the vice president/general manager, and supervises the ticket sales account executives.

• Enhance and generate revenue through season, group and individual ticket sales
• Supervise daily ticket sales office and staff providing first-class customer service
• Train and motivate ticket sales staff
• Design ticket sales collateral materials
• Print individual and season tickets
• Oversee the ticket office/box office/will call operations at all home events
• Maintain the team’s Ticketmaster account and arena seating manifest
• Reconciliation and depositing of all ticket office revenues
• Provide detailed reports to the vice president/general manager for all ticket sales activity
• Provide oversight of the database to record ticket sales and fan club information
• Invoice all season and group tickets
• Work with the ticket sales staff to create and implement ticket promotions to sell season, group, and single-game tickets
• Work closely with the corporate and community relations/special events manager on community/promotional group night
• Hiring ticket sales account executives
• Strive at all times to make the Milwaukee Iron a first-class professional sports organization; work diligently to build and strengthen relationships with corporate partners, the media, the fans and the community;
• Work at all times to provide the ultimate entertainment experience to all patrons of the Milwaukee Iron
• Additional duties as assigned by the vice president/general manager

Job Requirements
• 3 years professional sports ticket sales experience
• 2-3 years management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Sports Marketing, Marketing or other related fields
