Jobing Description
The Center Administrator will be responsible for the overall organization and coordination of administrative support for the Executive Director, non summer programs, and fundraising functions.
-In conjunction with the Camping Services Team, the Center administer will prepare correspondence; set up and record minutes for board meetings; coordinate and facilitate fundraising campaigns and events; and work to foster community relationships. -Act as primary point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls. -Ensure prompt and accurate allocation of incoming correspondence, invoices, and inquires. -Serve as the contact for administrative needs including office supplies and equipment, mail, schedules, etc. -Follow procedures associated with Shared Services, and Financial Development Departments. Qualifications
Must possess a High School Diploma and a minimum of two years administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is required. SKILLS AND ABILITIES -Customer focused attitude, in order to provide the highest quality customer service for Camping Services. -High level of organization, as well as the ability to deal with a variety of members, staff and volunteers through effective written and verbal communication -Must be able to work in cooperation with a team and with a cross function focus -Ability to make independent sound judgments and decisions -Demonstrated success in work requiring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality -Ability to complete required computer program trainings -Must be able to prioritize workload and take direction from multiple sources Important Notes
