On Call?:

Responsible for evaluating patients and formulating individualized treatment programs in coordination with physician's prescription. Implements activities designed to restore or improve efficiency of patients with speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, swallowing, fluency, or voice problems. Participates in varied department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs within Rehabilitation Services.

Masters degree in Speech Pathology required. Holds a license from the State of Wisconsin for speech pathology. Holds or is pursuing a certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech pathology in a medical setting. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR. Valid Wisconsin driver's license for staff that are required to drive during the work day.
