Job: Benefit Consultant/Associate

Our associates/consultants are primarily responsible for prospecting, marketing and enrolling business groups into AFLAC plans. In today's changing health insurance market, we have never looked better to employers and we need more people to respond to the needs of these employers.

There are no qualifications for this position, but to be successful, one needs a positive attitude, confidence and a willingness to learn. AFLAC provides a thirteen week structured training program and all the tools you need to succeed. All you need to bring is the desire to achieve!

AFLAC provides superior commissions, lifetime renewals, and a stock bonus plan. This position is designed for people who like the idea of unlimited earning potential. AFLAC associates have no minimum sales requirements or quotas. Our new agents make roughly 30-40k first year, however this may be exceeded.
