Administrative Assistant
Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging & industrial supplies, seeks an Administrative Assistant for their Corporate Office in Waukegan, Illinois (south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin).

Corporate Office is moving to Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
(Kenosha County) - Spring, 2010.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Provide professional administrative support

Complete weekly & monthly reporting on a variety of projects

Run reports & queries as needed

Interact daily with employees & management

Assist with daily correspondence as needed

Prepare presentations, largely using PowerPoint

2-5 years of administrative experience in a Corporate environment

Expert Microsoft Word, Excel & Access skills

Clear & professional written, oral & interpersonal communication skills

Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to multi-task

Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

BS/BA Degree preferred
