Imagine yourself * Planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling all clinic activities and facilities management activities to achieve established goals and objectives. Reporting to this position are all of the staff of the Health Center: medical assistants, clinic nurses, radiology staff, laboratory staff, medical records staff, supervisory, clerical and secretarial. General Qualifications
*Knowledge of health care administration, business administration or other related field, equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regionally accredited bachelor's degree program. *Proven management experience with a minimum of three to five years at the supervisor or manager level in a health care facility. *Knowledge of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structure systems, and policies and procedures. *Experience with budget preparation. *Demonstrated ability in the use of personal computers and software applications including spreadsheets, word processing, scheduling and registration. *Excellent human relations and verbal, written and organizational skills required. *Detail oriented. *Excellent public relation skills. *The ability to successfully and positively interact with physicians is essential.
