Job Description: Job Duties & Responsibilities: Rogers Memorial Hospital, the area's leader in behavioral health services, is looking for Psychiatric Technicians (CNA) to join our inpatient mental health unit for Adults in West Allis. The am/pm shift has full and part-time openings; while the pm/noc shift has a full-time opening.Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): monitoring patient safety, completing belongings checks and room searches, 1:1 interaction with patients and crisis intervention, performing vital signs and EKG's (training provided), and maintaining the daily unit schedule!!

Requirements: Qualified candidate will be a high school graduate (Bachelor's Degree preferred) and be a licensed CNA in the State of WI. Experience working with Adults, particularly those with mental health issues preferred.
