* Performing screening tests and procedures for:

- Blood Pressure
- Bone Density
- Body Fat Analysis
- Glucose Screenings * Processing and routing of screening records.
* Providing requested recommendations on referrals to physicians for follow up treatment.

General Qualifications

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of Wisconsin.

* Certified in CPR and First Aide.

* Must have transportation to travel to various sites within Aurora South Region.


Desired Qualifications

* Experience in providing health screenings and adult teaching/instruction.
