Job Description

Working at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center located in the beautiful Geneva Lakes resort area just 35 minutes south west of Milwaukee and 10 minutes from Lake Geneva. Imagine yourself

*In a newly designed position &- Flexible schedule, Benefit eligible and $7.00 per hour premium &- works at two(2) hospital sites.

*Being trained and able to work in at least two different units on a regular basis.

*Providing quality comprehensive care to patients in assigned area.

*Developing an individualized plan of care to meet the needs of each patient.

*Acting as a patient advocate to implement interventions when needed.

*Assessing patient/family education needs and providing the necessary teaching.

*Collaborating with other staff on the patients health care team to develop a discharge/transfer plan that ensures the best outcome for the patient.

*Working flexible shifts according to your schedule and getting a $7 premium per hour.

General Qualifications

*Current RN licensure for the State of Wisconsin.

*CPR and ACLS certified.


Desired Qualifications

*Minimum of two years experience working in acute care setting.
