Responsibilities
Under minimal supervision, perform a full range of managerial responsibilities supporting the IT systems and processes used in the Administrative functions of our Business, including, but not limited to HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Finance, Tax and Treasury. This may include: interviewing, hiring, coaching, and developing employees, planning, assigning responsibilities, performance management and budgeting. Manage more than one functional area, which may require leading or participating in a variety of projects, managing vendor relationships and overseeing 24x7 availability. Assist in ensuring that group projects and operations support IT department strategies and are aligned with business strategies. Working with the immediate supervisor and IT Leadership, implement a future state plan for the group. Maintain solid relationships with both customers and suppliers of the IT group's services. Assist in fostering a collaborative environment among IT groups. Previous supervisory experience is required.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain solid relationships with business leaders to ensure effective planning and scheduling of initiatives
2. Perform full range of managerial responsibilities which may include: interviewing, hiring, coaching, developing employees, planning, assigning, directing work, performance management and department budget
3. Responsible for achieving group performance metrics and audit compliance
4. Maintain awareness of IT standards and procedures and ensure employee adherence; communicate and implement updates
5. Participate in a variety of cross-functional projects directly or through directing the work of others
6. Assist in driving continuous improvement of operations, project management standards and technologies to meet business requirements and promote efficiencies
7. Plans, schedules, controls and coordinates project work in alignment with project scope and timing requirements.
8. Working with others in IT and the business, assist in developing annual plans to leverage information technology to improve business processes
9. Contract and manage specialists, technical team members or vendors to drive plans for efficiency and to solve problems
10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

Education Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in information technology discipline or related field or equivalent education/experience
? Related professional certification(s) preferred

Experience Requirements:
? Minimum of ten years of IT or related field experience managing customer or technology environments
? Minimum of one year of experience managing people required
