Job: Food Service Manager

We are currently looking for a full-time Food Service Manager for a small school. The candidate will be responsible for meal preparation, cooking, placing orders with suppliers, schedule the delivery of food and beverages, produce production logs, receive and check the content of deliveries, evaluate the quality of food – before and after it is cooked. Experience is required and you must have initiative, be self-disciplined, and be a strong leader. Must have have strong communications skills and be able to solve problems with suppliers and employees.

Experience is required. You will manage employees and manage the inventory.
