SUMMARY:The Sales Account Representative will assess primary secondary marketing needs, and plan, design, implement and evaluate a sales program. This individual will assist and interact with departments and units to develop services that meet the needs of FCH customers.

EXPERIENCE:
Three years sales experience required. Three to five years marketing/community relations/operations experience preferred. Healthcare organization preferred. Demonstrates evidence of leadership, group facilitation, integrity, initiative and written and verbal communication skills. Skills in planning, organizing, financial analysis and budgeting.

SPECIAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Working knowledge of personal computer and various audiovisual equipment.

Valid Wisconsin driver's license.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in communication/marketing, business administration, or related field or five years combination of inside and outside sales experience required in lieu of degree.
Preferred emphasis in health care field.
