An avid reader, who remains on the cutting edge in the careers industry, Michele's work has been published in more than 10 career books including the Knock 'Em Dead Series by Martin Yate.

Michele's professional background includes experience as a human resources generalist, recruiter, and office manager. Before founding Advanced Resume Services, she worked in various industries including banking/financial services, manufacturing, and not-for-profit. She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer and internationally certified Job and Career Transition Coach who holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management Information Systems.
