Compensation and Benefits for Aflac Sales AssociatesIn addition to commissions and Aflac's associate stock bonus program, there are a number of special recognitions and awards are available to associates to help motivate them to achieve and exceed production goals. Rewards include cash bonuses, prizes, and trips. First-Year and Renewal Commissions Stock Bonus ProgramOur stock bonus plan lets all associates share in Aflac's success, and no contribution is required from sales associates participating in the program. Aflac associates are automatic participants beginning with the first month of service; bonuses are paid when a policyholder pays the thirteenth month premium and will be calculated as a percentage of annualized premium.
