Job: Client Services Specialist

Responsibilities include: assisting clients, either in person via the telephone, through fax orders and at times via the corporate website. A client may be defined as the patient, a caregiver, a referral source, or a commercial account representative. The responsibilities include receiving, qualifying, and processing, according to procedure, all DME orders in a timely, efficient, accurate, and courteous manner. Secondary duties include investigating and responding to client inquiries regarding shipments, products, deliveries and complaints.

Knowledge of medical products and previous work in the healthcare industry desired. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service skills, data entry experience and a positive attitude are essential. Bi-lingual a plus.
